The retreat officially kicks off first thing Wednesday 27th so please arrive prior to Wednesday. Our recommendation if not extending your trip is arriving on Tuesday 26th March.

No.  The twin share cost is per person, i.e. if you are coming with a friend you would each purchase a twin share package. If you’re coming solo but purchasing the twin share package, you will be roomed with another guest. 

Yes. The couple package cost is per couple (2 people) i.e. if you are coming with your partner, you would purchase 1 x couple package.

If you book a Twin Share Package you will be paired with someone else. If you book a Private Room Package, you will have your own room. Sharing a room is slightly cheaper and is an opportunity to make a new friend. If you don’t wish to share a room with someone you don’t know , then book a Private Room Package.

Spots are limited  and first spots are secured for HUSTLE members. However, if this person is your partner, close friend, family - please discuss with us before booking.

Yes they can, you just need to ensure you've booked a Private Room Package AND advise us when booking so we can let the hotel know there is an additional guest in your room. Also understand they have nothing included and CAN NOT participate in any of  the Retreat activities. This includes training at the gym, airport transfers, breakfasts, group dinners and all other activities. This all needs to be organised themselves.

30% deposit required for all bookings. You then have options  on how you pay the remaining balance.

Unfortunately no. Spots are limited and will be first in best dressed. The only way to secure a spot is putting a deposit, however this is non refundable if you decide not to come at a later date. 

Deposits are non refundable due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance. Please read all T&C's before booking to ensure you understand the full cancellation policy. 

Yes you can. There are three payment options. Please select on the Booking Form which option you'd like to do and we will advise of the instalment costs and dates. The final balance is due 27th January 2024.

Should there be another COVID-19 outbreak that closes borders, then you will receive a full credit for the rescheduled retreat date, or a full refund if you can not attend the revised dates.

It's tough BUT our HUSTLERS are tougher. The classes run longer than a HUSTLE session, however have more breaks and rest time. The toughest part of the workouts is the heat. 

Just like at HUSTLE the sessions cater to all levels of fitness and experience. The fitter you are the more comfortable you may feel, especially in the heat. But don't feel like you need to "shred" before we go. We will be running a Pre Retreat Bootcamp for those who want to prep themselves before heading away. This is not mandatory but highly encouraged.

There will be 15 spots initially. More spots will be subject to availability. 

Plenty! Majority of your days we will workout or have an activity in the morning and you then have the whole afternoon free. 

All workouts and activities are optional, but we encourage guests to take part in all elements of the week to make the most of your experience. But we understand that sometimes you just want an extra sleep in or rest day. It's your Retreat... so you do you!

The accommodation and gym are located in the heart of BangTao Beach. You can easily access and walk to local and international restaurants, massages, tattoo studios, market stalls, chemists, everything is at your finger tips including the stunning BangTao Beach which is safe and very clean to swim.

Bring your gloves and wraps for training. These aren't provided at Bangtao Gym. If you own shin guards, bring these too, if not these can be borrowed. Bring a pair of sneakers plus all the beach and relaxing outfit essentials.
