Yes they are. While the sessions are fast paced and high intensity, we program to suit all levels of fitness and aim to make you feel comfortable and supported to go at your own pace throughout the class. We don't yell at clients to push harder at HUSTLE... unless that's your thing and we can do that for you too ;)
Yes. bookings are essential. This ensures all your required paperwork is completed before starting at the gym PLUS securing yourself a spot in the class.
Majority of our classes are 45mins; we also have a small selection of 90min, 60min, and 30min classes.
Wear comfortable activewear and bring water & sweat towel.
If you're attending a kickboxing / boxing class please bring your own gloves & wraps as these are no provided outside of Intro Offer Clients.
You can purchase these at the gym or rent for $5 (non refundable)
Attending a hot mat class, please bring a large towel or rent one for $2 at the gym.
Shoes are NOT worn in any classes (we are a shoeless gym)
Gloves & wraps are needed for majority of classes (excluding strength & hot mat) All clients require their own as these are not provided outside of Intro Offer Clients. However you can rent these for $5 each visit at the gym (non refundable), we also sell a HUSTLE range of gloves & wraps.

We have a no late entry policy for everyone. This is for your safety to ensure you don't miss the warm up and not disruptive to our trainers and other members by arriving late.

Late cancellations: when booking through HUSTLE's platform you can cancel up to 2hours prior to a session without incurring any fees. Cancellations less than 2hours to are subject to cancellation fee.
No Shows: subject to a full class fee rate

ClassPass clients are subject to ClassPass cancellation and no shows fees.

We ensure all levels of experience and fitness are catered too in our sessions. Aim to arrive 10mins prior to class and we will take you through the basic fundamentals so you feel comfortable before we start our session.
If you miss the induction, you will just have to jump in and learn as you go.
All payments and bookings are settled via the website or booking portal prior to your workout. Class payment on the day is subject to class availability & payment is card only, no cash.
Yes we have waitlists for all classes. You will be notified via email if a space becomes available, so make sure you keep an eye on your inbox.
Yes, we have toilets and shower facilities.
Womens: 2 showers, 1 toilet. Mens: 1 shower, 1 toliet
As we are a small facility, there is limited showers access, so you may need to wait for someone else to finish.
Basic shower items are provided (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, emergency sanity items) but you require your own towel.
Membership suspensions require an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and subject to your contract T&C's.
Class cancellation is done via your login on the booking portal.

There is street parking in Union, Coventry & Clarendon Street. Alternatively you can park at the Coles or Woolworths parking stations which are just a short walk from the studio. Allow adequate tie for parking, especially on weekends.
